Materials
Natural brown kraft paper in either 90gsm or 100gsm in thickness. The smaller sizes are made in 90gsm and the sizes from 26cm x 32cm x 12cm upwards are 100gsm to allow heavier items.
Printing Methods & Capabilities
The products that are available to buy online are overprinted in the UK using flexographic printing, which is why we are limited to 2 colours on the centre of the bags. If you have a more complex design, need to print more colours or specialist requirements, we can offer digital and litho printing options too, and our team can advise you.
Lead Times
For our online products, our standard lead time is 4 weeks from approval or artwork. Our Fast-track option offers delivery in 10 working days from artwork approval. If you require a larger quantity or looking for even better value, lead times will vary.
Minimum Order Quantity
We can print on these bags from as little as 500 bags. If you really need fewer, then you can go as low as 100 bags printed digitally.
Colour Options
The bags are a brown kraft, and we can print up to 2 pantone colours on the bags (with certain restrictions like metallics and neons). When printing in full colour on larger runs, you can print almost anything you like!
Sizes
The following sizes are available to buy online: 18cm x 22cm + 8cm 22cm x 28cm + 10cm 26cm x 32cm + 12cm 32cm x 42cm + 13cm 45cm x 49cm + 15cm Other sizes are also available on request with different printing options and for larger quantities too.
Finishing Options
The bags are not usually laminated or varnished, but those options are available on larger runs, including other unique touches like a turned over top or even rope cord handles. For those kind of options, speak to our team but minim orders will start at 5,000 bags.

Made from sustainably sourced kraft paper. These bags are 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and ideal for businesses with a focus on environmentally friendly packaging.
Origin Source
The bags are manufactured in the EU, and we print on them in the UK for any online orders. For larger quantities, bags will be printed in Europe directly at the manufacturers.
