Printed Pick 'n' Mix Paper Bags

Give your snacks, sweets, groceries, cakes and gifts a new lease of life with our printed pick ‘n’ mix bags. Choose from a large range of colours and styles, or keep things simple with the white or brown versions, and have bespoke printed bags within 6-8 weeks.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum orders start from only 500 bags on simple 1 and 2 colour designs. More complex designs and larger runs can start from 5,000 bags.

Lead time

Our usual delivery time for bags that print in the UK is only 3 weeks. For large quantities and fully bespoke bags the lead times are 12 weeks.

Colours

In the UK we can print in up to 2 colours ontop of our stock pick n mix bags. If you want something more unique, including full colour printing, speak to one of our Packaging Consultants about the options available.

Our 7 working day superfast turnaround is also available on small quantities and simple 1 or 2 colour designs. if you are in a tight spot and need your bags quickly do speak to one of our team.

Pricing Indications:

These bags can be printed with 1 or 2 spot colours on the shorter runs and a full colour process on longer runs.

Standard colours white and brown, large runs 100% coverage print.

Available in white & brown Kraft, grease proof, block bottom and film fronted.

Printing Methods & Capabilities:

Flexo Stack 4 colours max.

Flexographic (flexo) printing is a form of printing that uses a flexible printing plate to transfer the ink onto the substrate being printed. It is used for printing on many different types of substrate including plastic, metallic films, cellophane and paper. The printing capability is lower than lithographic printing, typically achieving only 40DPI on the most basic printers, rising to 120dpi on the most advanced. We use 2 types of flexo printing press, a stack printer and central impression (CI) printing press.

Stack Press

A type of multi-colour press used in flexography in which all the colour stations—from one to eight stations, with six being the most common—are oriented in a vertical stack, the substrate passing through each one, which lays down successive colours. Some stack presses comprise two parallel stacks, the web of substrate taking a U-shaped path through the press.Each colour station possesses its own independent set of inking rollers, plate cylinder, and impression cylinder. They offer quick setup which is great for short runs; however they tend to have a lower DPI for tone work and are unable to maintain tight registration.

We source are goods from multiple locations including the UK, Europe, Indian sub-continent and the Far East.

Delivery Requirements:

Packed in bundles of 1000, can be 500’s for the larger sizes. Larger orders packed on a pallet.
